How do I create an account?

Download WinePath from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and tap "Sign Up." Enter your email, create a username and password, and you're ready to start.

How do I record a wine tasting?

Tap the "+" button, then fill in the wine information and tasting notes. You can choose between a basic form or professional tasting templates based on wine type.

Can I keep my tastings private?

Yes. When adding a wine, you can mark it as private. Private tastings are only visible to you and won't appear in the social feed.

What is Sommelier Mode?

Sommelier Mode is a premium subscription that unlocks unlimited wine entries, unlimited AI label scans, and access to professional tasting forms based on sommelier standards.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel WinePath from there. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

How does AI wine label scanning work?

Point your camera at a wine label and WinePath will use AI to identify the wine and pre-fill the information for you. Free accounts get a limited number of scans per month. Sommelier Mode includes unlimited scans.

How do I follow other users?

Tap on any username in the social feed to view their profile, then tap "Follow." You'll see their public tastings in your Following feed.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by visiting our account deletion page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I change the app language?

Go to your Profile, then Settings, and select your preferred language. WinePath supports English and Spanish.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Send an email to avisosocasion@gmail.com with a description of the issue and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots are always helpful. I appreciate every report.
